How Green Light Recruitment Ltd Manages Your Personal Data

Green Light Recruitment Ltd collects your personal data (which may include sensitive personal data) and processes it for the purpose of providing you with work-finding services. This includes, for example:

  • Work-seeker records must be retained for at least one year from creation or from the last date work-finding services were provided (as per the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003).
  • Payroll, holiday pay, sick pay, and pension records must be retained in accordance with HMRC, national minimum wage, social security, and tax legislation.

Where we have obtained your consent, we will process your data in line with our retention policy. Upon expiry, we will request renewed consent. If not granted, we will cease processing your data.

5. Temporary Assignments

If, during the course of a temporary assignment, a client wishes to employ you directly, you acknowledge that Green Light Recruitment Ltd will be entitled either to charge the client an introduction or transfer fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the client. After that period, the client may employ you without further charges being applicable.
